Second course in our HPC course ladder provided by the Paderborn Center for Parallel Computing (PC2).
This course teaches the most important concepts and methods for working with a multi-user HPC cluster. The basics include the structure of the HPC cluster, how to securely connect to the cluster and the different data storage systems. Then, the course explains how to interact with the workload manager to submit jobs to the cluster.
This course includes hands-on exercises on the HPC cluster system at PC2.
